Orlando Jones:
"Look at the backyard on that fella!"


 It's a "can" review for 7Up and the popular TV ads have made Orlando Jones a well known face in countless living rooms, but he can also be seen on the big screen in the funny hit "The Replacements."
 From a writer for "Mad TV" to acting on the show, to television commercials and films like "Liberty Heights" and "Magnolia," it's been a meteroric last five years for the 32-year-old star.
  The Alabama native who grew up in South Carolina is also starring in four more movies, all debuting by the end of the year: "Bedazzled," "Say It Isn't So," "Double Take," and "Chain of Fools."
 He says sometimes he has to pinch himself to make sure he's not dreaming.


Wesley Snipes
Not The First Choice!

   Though Wesley Snipes is pleased with his new flick "The Art of War," he wasn't the first joice for the job. The script was meant for star Jet Li, but Snipes had his film company Amen Ra Films to throw into the bidding mix.
   In December, Snipes will star in HBO's "Disappearing Acts," and will start filming "Blade 2" in February. He also has another black hero project to be released soon called "Black Panther."
