You know the formula: one-liners, endless sight gags and puns. Naked Gun pictures are comedy movies where the plot really doesn't matter. But for the record, in this third installment, Drebin has to stop a terrorist from bombing the Oscars. I'm not going to give anything away, but what happens at the Oscars is more entertaining than the real thing ever has been.      The amazing thing about the Naked Gun series is the consistency of the jokes and spoofs of other movies-- the producers still manage to keep them fresh.
